Experimentación en colaboración con grandes compañeros, estamos en un bloque donde todas las plantas se encuentran en muy buen estado, salvo el daño hecho por los sinvergüenzas que lamentablemente aceleran el deterioro. Consta de planta baja, tres plantas superiores y una gran buhardilla.
